With over forty years in education, Ray's career has spanned across Canada, Europe, and Asia, where he has held numerous leadership roles, actively participated in school communities, and been honored with awards for teaching excellence.
Since joining Search Associates in 2002, Ray has been an Associate who has been instrumental in aiding thousands of teachers and administrative candidates in securing positions at international schools globally. His experience in coordinating multiple international job fairs is noteworthy, having managed or assisted with events in Toronto, Vancouver, San Francisco, Cambridge, Istanbul, London, Kuala Lumpur, Manila, Melbourne, Bangkok, and Singapore.
Ray is dedicated to supporting school administrators, teachers, and administrative candidates with his excellent communication skills and strong work ethic. After spending eight years in Bangkok and Manila, with previous decades of teaching in Europe and Nova Scotia, Ray moved back to Canada in 2017 and is eager to reconnect with familiar faces and meet new candidates at upcoming recruiting fairs.
